Affiliate and creator terms.

The rules for anyone who promotes Fullport with a code, a link, a show account or a paid brief. The short version: say clearly that you are paid, and describe the product honestly.

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to you if you have a Fullport affiliate code or link, a creator or show account, a paid brief or bounty, or any other arrangement where Fullport Capital pays you, gives you something of value, or lets you earn from sales. They add to the terms of service and the conduct rule. By sharing your code or link, or accepting a show account or a brief, you accept them.

2. Commission and payouts

  • The commission rate, the buyer discount, the attribution window and the minimum payout are the ones shown on the affiliate program page and in your dashboard.
  • Commission is recorded once per paid order and reversed if the order is refunded or charged back.
  • Purchases you make with your own code get the discount and earn no commission.
  • Payouts are requested from your dashboard, reviewed, and sent in SOL to the wallet on your affiliate profile.
  • Taxes on what you earn are your responsibility. If you are in the United States and receive $2,000 or more from us in a calendar year, we file an IRS Form 1099 and may ask you for the information needed to prepare it.

3. Disclosure

Every piece of content that promotes Fullport must say clearly that you have a relationship with us. That covers posts, videos, livestreams, stories, replies, direct messages, emails, articles and reviews, on every platform. A relationship means any of: commission on sales, a free or show account, a bounty or other payment, or a product or discount given to you.

  • Use plain words. "#ad", "#affiliate", "Sponsored", "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" or "Fullport gave me this account" all work. Vague tags such as #sp, #collab or #partner on their own do not.
  • Put it where people will see it. In the first line of a caption or post, before any "more" cut-off. On screen and spoken in a video. Repeated from time to time in a livestream. Next to the link in a message or email.
  • A disclosure in your bio, on a separate page, at the end of a long caption or in a pile of hashtags is not enough.
  • If the platform has a paid-partnership label, use it as well. It does not replace your own disclosure.
  • Disclose in the same language as the content.
  • The disclosure rule applies to reviews and testimonials too. Do not post a review on a review site or an app store in exchange for anything from us.

These requirements follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements and similar rules in other countries. You are responsible for meeting the rules that apply where you and your audience are.

4. Honest marketing

  • Describe the product accurately: Fullport sells simulated trading evaluations. Balances are simulated, and payouts are real and paid under the published rules.
  • Use the prices, account sizes, rules and payout terms shown on the site on the day you post. If they change, update or remove content that states the old ones.
  • Make no income claims and no promises of results. Do not say or imply that passing, a payout or a profit is guaranteed, typical or easy, and do not call anything "risk-free".
  • Show real results from real accounts. Do not edit, stage or select footage in a way that misleads viewers about how an account performed.
  • Do not say or suggest that Fullport is affiliated with or endorsed by Solana, pump.fun, a trading terminal, a payment provider or any regulator.
  • Do not present anything as financial, investment or tax advice.

5. What is not allowed

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake accounts, bots or purchased engagement.
  • Paid search or social ads that bid on or use the Fullport Capital name, or that send people to a page pretending to be ours.
  • Impersonating Fullport or its staff, or using our logo to suggest you speak for us.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden links or any other way of claiming sales you did not refer.
  • Content aimed at anyone under 18.
  • Promoting Fullport to people in countries or regions where the service is not offered (see eligibility).
  • Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or that breaks the rules of the platform it is posted on.

6. Review and enforcement

  • We may review any content that carries your code or link, at any time.
  • If we ask you to fix or remove content, do it within 48 hours. Content with a missing or unclear disclosure must be corrected or taken down.
  • If you break these terms we may, at our discretion: disable your code and link; withhold or reverse unpaid commission and bounties earned through non-compliant content; close a show account; and remove you from the program. Serious or repeated breaches, and any deceptive marketing, end your participation permanently.
  • We may also suspend a code while we look into a report. Commission earned through compliant content is paid once the review is closed.

7. Your relationship with us

You are an independent promoter. You are not our employee, agent or partner, you cannot make commitments on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own content and for following the law and the rules of each platform you use. You may use our name and the assets in the brand kit to promote the service under these terms; that permission ends when your participation ends.

8. Changes and ending

You can stop at any time by no longer sharing your code. We can change these terms or the program, or end your participation, at any time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to promote Fullport after a change means you accept it. When participation ends for a reason other than a breach, commission already earned through compliant content is paid under the normal payout rules.
