How does a bundled launch work?#
A Jito bundle executes a list of transactions together, in order, in one block (see Jito tip). A bundler puts the token's creation and a series of buys from fresh wallets into the same bundle.
By the time anyone else sees the coin, those wallets already own a large share, bought at the lowest prices on the curve. "Bundler" tools that automate this are openly sold. See bonding curve.
Splitting across wallets matters because most buyers look at the top-holder list. Twenty wallets with 2% each look healthier than one wallet with 40%, even when they are the same person.
How to spot a bundled coin#
- Same-slot buys: several buys landing in the same block as the token's creation.
- Common funding: holder wallets funded from the same source shortly before launch.
- Similar sizes: a cluster of wallets holding near-identical amounts.
- Bundle percentage: many terminals now estimate the share held by wallets that bought in the launch bundle; treat it as an estimate.
A bundled launch is not automatically a rug, but bundled supply is hidden concentration that can be sold all at once. Bundled supply explained works through what a given bundle share can do to the price, and rug pull covers the full checklist.
Fullport keeps its markets real#
Coins whose price action comes from the deployer or a bundle of linked wallets, rather than real buyers, are outside Fullport's tradeable set under the conduct rules. Simulated orders never enter a bundle, so every fill is priced like an ordinary trade on the live curve or pool.
Checking bundle share before an entry works the same in the browser terminal or with Fullport Tap on the terminal you already use.
Quick answers
- Why do developers bundle a launch?
- Some bundle to keep snipers out of their own launch. Others bundle to take a large share of supply cheaply while spreading it across many wallets, so the holder list looks healthy until they sell into later buyers.
- How can you tell if a memecoin was bundled?
- Look for several buys in the same block as the token's creation, holder wallets funded from one source just before launch, and clusters of wallets with near-identical balances. Many terminals also show an estimated bundle percentage.
- What is a pump.fun bundler?
- A tool that creates a pump.fun coin and buys it from many fresh wallets in the same Jito bundle, so the creator holds a large share from the first block. Bundlers are sold openly, which is why bundle share is worth checking on any new coin.
