Payout cycle

Updated OCTOBER 6, 2026· Fullport Capital

Definition

Prop firm payout frequency, or the payout cycle, is how often a funded trader can request a payout. Fullport's cycle is 5 days: the first request opens 5 days after the funded account is issued, the next 5 days after the previous payout, and each funded account pays up to three times, 80% to you in SOL.

The payout cycle on a timeline#

WhenWhat happens
Day 0Funded account issued; the clock starts
Day 5First request window opens
Payout 1 paidThe next window opens 5 days after this payout
Payout 2 paidSame again: 5 days to the next window
Payout 3 paidThe account completes
Each approved request is paid 80% to you, in SOL, to your wallet.

So an account can pay three times in roughly 15 days plus review time. Requesting as each window opens makes the most of the cycle, because each request is capped and the balance resets to the buffer after every payout.

What must be true when you request?#

  • The window is open: at least 5 days since funding or since the last payout.
  • The account is flat: no open positions and no pending orders.
  • The balance is above the withdrawal buffer: starting size plus 4%. See withdrawal buffer.
  • A payout wallet is set. Changing it has a 72-hour cooldown, so set it early.
  • The trading and conduct rules were followed. There is no consistency check on funded payouts.

Can you trade while a payout is pending?

Trading on that account pauses while the request is reviewed and transferred, so the balance stays fixed. It resumes automatically after payment if the account has payouts left.

Payouts are sent in SOL to your wallet. The rules page has the full text, profit split covers the amount, and the payout calculator works out what a given balance pays. Prop firm payouts explained puts the whole process in one place.
